This is a very quick list of the most common signs you need to pay attention to if you want to prevent diabetes or reverse hyperglycemia. Having one of these signs does not always mean high glucose levels, they may be caused by other conditions. Contact your doctor to confirm your condition.

  • Frequent urinations. This happens because your kidneys try to rid your body of exceess sugar.

  • Increased thirst or dehydration caused by the increased kindey acitivity mentioned above.

  • Tingling sensation in your limbs, hands, feet caused by impaired nerve function or neuropathy.
